::This whole experience could not have been any easier. Great communication. No aggressive sales tactics. Carcafe team was on top of everything, I sent a lot of questions through email, all of them were replied to within an hour. Truck is great! Delivery was super simple Ben did a fantastic job delivering the vehicle. I also spoke to Chris, he was professional, explained everything, all details were spelled out. Their listings are super detailed as well, they have so many pictures, videos and even a 360 view of the interior!! Car was in excellent shape, just as described online, and the flaws that were pointed out online were barely visible.

::Do not buy anything from this company. There vehicles are garbage. We bought a vehicle on October 18 and had to return it the next day. They claimed they fixed the problem and it still was not working. Took it back to them 3 times after that. We have had the vehicle in our possession for 6 days total. Ben kept giving us the runaround and now the vehicle is in the shop and needs a new engine. The extended warranty may only cover $4000 towards the engine leaving us with a balance of $5200 to pay out of pocket plus a car note every month. This company has horrible business practices. I wish i had read the reviews before purchasing.

The whole process went smoothly, we got a great rate on our financing and we were on the road with our new fully loaded Lariat in no time. ::Outstanding! I loved everything about the CarCafe buying experience. I live in a rural area so I couldn't have the car delivered. Instead I went to their Heights location and it was a delight! It was so exciting to see the Truck I saw online in real life! The staff were delightful and very friendly. The entire process from arriving to picking up driving away in my new car was over in 30 minutes! Such a refreshing change from other horrible experiences I've had. I loved everything about it. Didn't put 5 stars because they couldn't deliver it to my house but hey at least they were honest! I'll definitely be buying my next car here again.

::The experience I had with Car Cafe was truly an amazing one. They've changed the car buying process, it's all online now and 2 phone calls later my truck was ready for pick up. The whole process from start to finish was very easy and simple. I am completely happy with the truck we received from Car Cafe, both Ben and Chris were very friendly and helpful. My 2006 F-150 King Ranch looks and drives AMAZING!
