  Amazing staff, everyone is super friendly. They have had no trouble helping with anything I bring into the shop from my Track bike to low budget build. I say this is the only place you need to stop at in the west loop if you need anything for your bike.

  I love this place. I've been here a few times now and everything about this place is on point, starting with the people that work here down to the products they sell and service they provide. In a city where (in my opinion) it seems like nearly every retailer or service provider is lacking in some respect, this bike shop checks all of the boxes for me. A true five star location deserving of a five star rating.

  I've never written a review for any businesses in my life, yet, I will make an exception for Live Grit. I purchased my very first bike here and the folks here have been nothing but responsible, caring, and professional. I had to bring my bike in 3 times after my purchase due to minor issues yet, everyone took care of me and my bike without any complains. Thank you so much and your amazing customer service will never go unnoticed!

  I first went to Live Grit a year ago with a flat tire. They were able to fix it quickly and had me on my way within 15 minutes. Since then, I have been to Live Grit for every bike issue I have. They also do run clubs (3 mile runs every Tuesday at 6pm for any paced runner), open water swims (they watch your bike and bag while you swim, they also have wetsuit rental), and bike rides (casual or longer rides). The staff is phenomenal. They are knowledgeable, well trained, and extremely friendly. Also, they offer free beer/wine after the runs and rides! They are exactly as advertised, a laid-back triathlon store.
