  . I have been going to Lisa Jones Pilates for several years now. Lisa is an attentive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable pilates coach. I have worked out in many capacities, and with many trainers, over the last decade and have seen the most dramatic change in my body since working with her. I am about to have a baby and continued to see Lisa throughout my entire pregnancy. She took my safety and capabilities very seriously and I always knew I was getting an effective workout, while also feeling secure. I really owe my easy pregnancy with no back pain (or waddling!) to her and the pilates practice in general. I know I will be eager to return once I have recovered!

  Lisa is a very experienced and knowledgeable Pilates instructor. Her background in dance makes her well-equipped in healing injuries and strengthening body weaknesses and imbalances. Her studio space is immaculately tidy and professional. Together with her attentive and open-minded approach to teaching, she gives her clients a comfortable and trusting environment to not only fix and improve their injuries and imbalances but also push themselves and their bodies to become stronger and more functional.
