  Nice enough gym, pretty compact though and thus feels a bit crowded. They did well with the small space though.

  I was just screamed at by the manager Brittany. when asked as an 8 yr member if I could use the facility tho my membership is frozen for summer( as I live in cape cod). Gyms are businesses that exist on day pass initiatives, and as an 8 year member I was not only denied, but rudely screamed at. There are some nice personnel at the club, thought it's not the cleanest gym, Brittany's attitude, behavior and demeanor were insulting. I own 3 businesses and if I ever witnessed an employee acting in that manner, they'd be removed. I urge NYHRC to view their front desk video from today at around 8:07 am.

  Well-appointed never crowded health club at a reasonable price. I paid for a year in advance and got an extra month free, bringing the monthly cost to $90. For towel service, nice locker rooms, tons of equipment, lots of floor space, wet and dry sauna, whirlpool and (smallish) swimming pool, that is truly excellent value. And the staff are all super friendly. Can't recommend it enough.

  I love this club! The renovation of the locker rooms, bathrooms and pool are positively swanky. Lot's of beautiful materials, like marble and rich woods. The new steam room is big enough and works perfectly. black marble, by the way. The staff has improved, much more service oriented, and the variety of classes is deep and well managed. I had belonged here years ago, came back two years ago and have not been disappointed. Also recommend taking the yacht one time, nice way to cruise the harbor. It's a home run.
