  I've worked in this clinic as an NP student. Dr. Li is great and the MAs are wonderful!

  This place is terrible all it is is a medi cal mill the front office staff does not help don’t understand on the phone say they will call you back you would most likely die if it was not for 911 before they call you back and its for simple stuff this place is a joke been her patient for 3 yrs she still does not have my medical records yet she’s referring me out to have surgery in elk grove I live off watt ave.

  My Experience: Do not come here if you want a doctor that actually cares! Most of the office staff sit around dumbfounded as if they do not understand what they’re doing. This office entirely is unprofessional and not respectable. They seem very incompetent, rude, disconnected from the real world and their job. There is a lack of care that you get as soon as you walk in the door, almost like you walked into a McDonald’s. People who do not take their job seriously are handling urgent matters like referrals and sensitive patient information at this office. Their phone line is always busy and it disconnects if you do manage to get through. Insurance is very unhappy with them. Not to mention that there is no patient confidentiality, you can hear the whole conversation of someone across the office explaining to the doctor their health condition and the male doctor has the door wide open. So uncomfortable, degrading & embarrassing to patients! Complete negligence and terrible customer service from this doctors office and would not recommend them to anyone !!

  I have been going to Dr. LILi for many years. She has shown a concern of care and has always helped me. Her staff has has always been kind and has always met my needs. I truly appreciate them all.

  I would like to say that Dr. Li is a great doctor had helped me a lot through all these years always nice and able to help me, She is a great provider. Jennifer its a great MA always treating everyone with kind and respect always been able to help me with my medication refills and other things such as my referrals with Gladys and reyna and fatima of course too. Great staff I always feel welcome here.
