  Do not get ur taxes done here .They simply rob you! I was charged over $400 for one simple w-2 that took about 20 minutes.And the manager is very inexperienced so you can't go to him if u have a problem!

  Don't go here unless you like paying extra taxes. My wife brought her taxes into these shysters and they didn't inform her about the exclusions you could have for Muslim terrorist Obamacare...so "just to be safe" they charged her a penalty. First off, Obamacare is going away because it's horrible...second off, I'm 100% sure this is because the tax "adviser" (jackass) is a libtard who wants to screw as many middle class people over as possible and third, there are several exclusions you can get for socialist Odumbocare. tl;dr, they didn't use ANY Osama bin Obamacare exclusions and charged my wife a tax penalty

  If I could give this specific location 0 stars I would. The service or shall I say lack of customer service here is abysmal as is the incompetence of the staff. I went into the office to inquire about how much it would cost to do my taxes. After much back and forth, someone named Anabelle, looked at my tax return from last year and told me she'd offer me the same price I'd paid the year before. She asked me to make an appointment with her for the following week. It took over 15 min for them to make an appointment. Then a few days before my appointment I get a call from the office confirming the appointment and they have the wrong date. I inform them I made the appointment for Saturday and they insist it's for Sunday. I agree to the new date. I later stop by the office again to confirm the date and time and person with whom I have my appointment. The day comes and I arrive to be informed that Anabel is not there. Furthermore, the manager then goes on to tell me that she can not honor the price I was quoted. Final thoughts, avoid this place like the plague. Everyone here is disorganized and quite frankly unprofessional. Save yourself time and money and use TurboTax. If you need to use a professional find a company that actually cares and knows how to service clients.

  I am a single mother; four children in school, non income producers. The owner: Nina...russian/romanian maybe, charged me last week a $ 268.00 for simple Income Tax. This Nina owner, I explained my Gross Income for the 2014 was: $ 14,000.00. No other income!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM H&R ON 3609 30th Avenue - BAD PLACE. THIS WOMAN LIKE TO TOUCH WOMEN!!!! LIKES TO DISTURB WORKING MOTHERS. WALKS AROUND ALL NIGHT MOVING FOLDERS. "YOU THINK????"... THE ADD SAYS: FEDERAL OR STATE ONLINE, IS FREE OR A MINIMAL $ 9.99. NOT ALMOST $ 270.00 FOR JUST TWO SHEETS OF PAPER. LIARS. PEOPLE WHO HAVE MONEY: PLEASE REPORT THESE STRIPPER'S ATTITUDES WHO TURNED LEGIT BUSINESS TYPE.
