::I highly recommend brazilian jiu jitsu. Its a beautiful art and the benefits are all positive, both physically and mentally. My experience at the academy has always been great. Instructors are fully accredited and professionals in the subject matter. Theyre also always available to assist you and motivate you to keep progressing. Ive never felt left out, judged or picked on. All the contrary, everyone is very welcoming, everyone is always willing to help and push you to be the best. Bjj is a beautiful art but if youre looking for a judgement free zone with great instructors, great classmates in a great environment this is it, you wont find anywhere better!

::Amazing jiu jitsu instructors, amazing group of kids, very affordable monthly membership fees!!! Very glad we were introduced to Brazilian jiu jitsu and especially through Lifestyle MMA. Couldn’t have asked for a better form of self defense form of martial arts and for better instructors to my kid.
