  Simply put Tone changed my life! I was always athletic, but felt stiff and not great in my daily routine. Jess and the rest of the staff know how to stretch and strengthen areas you never knew you needed. Now my posture is much better, my arms, stomach, legs, etc are toned, and most importantly I just FEEL better! Whether its squeezing in an AM class, or taking the occasional private session it's the first work out I found that I not only look forward to, but crave! Jess and the TONE staff are all very informed instructors, who really care about their clients and improving at every session. The reformer classes are my go-to, but I also lke to mix in the mat classes as well. Sign up, you won't regret it!!! Best decision for my health & happiness I could have made. I love Tone.

  Andrea at Tone is the best!!! I have been taking private lessons for over a year. I am over 50 and have a desk job. My pilates sessions with her are therapeutic and have made me stronger. I feel more flexible and have seen so much improvement in my body.

  I cannot say enough great things about Tone and the lovely dedicated teachers that are part of it. Andrea and Rita teach the classes I attend regularly and it is because of their knowledge, skill, and genuine passion as teachers that Make it so easy to keep going back every week! The classes are challenging and super fun!!!

  A love letter to TONE and the awesome people who run it... I've been taking classes at Tone since they opened (and had taken classes with Jess and Alicia at another studio before they opened Tone), and I cannot recommend them enough. These two ladies, along with the wonderful staff they have assembled, will very lovingly kick your @ss! I've been doing yoga for several years, and I also do personal training at the gym, but I definitely feel like I get the best results from my workouts at Tone. With Pilates, both mat and reformer, the muscles not only feel leaner, but longer. There's an elegance to it that I've rarely found outside of dance classes. Tone also gave me the chance to try kettlebells, which terrified me at first, but now I'm hooked. There are also a whole host of other classes that were recently added to the schedule that I can't wait to try. No matter what class you take, you can be sure that the instructor will give you lots of up-close and personal attention, guide you through your fears, and help you become your best self. There's a lot more that I can write, but the bottom line is, if you're thinking about taking some classes at TONE, do it -- you won't be sorry!
