love this place, they know how to take care of their patients. The MA Jasmine is awesome, she took care of all my medical needs and is very professional.

Horrible service. I’ve been dismissed so many times by Marilou Linatoc and Alicia Pruitt. They have not taken my symptoms seriously and I’ve had to fight them every step of the way to perform and run tests. They also bill me for appointments I’ve already paid for. It’s so hard to get answers from them over the phone. They have also failed to send in referrals or provide me with the correct information promptly. These people are extremely incompetent.

Do not come here for healthcare because they can't keep proper dates or times of appointments and they ignore phone calls. I called them trying to make an appointment to establish a new pcp and i find out a few days later they got the dates wrong and when I tried to call back to see what was going on they were closed on a day that they were supposed to be open. The lady that called me would not let me get two words in and was extremely rude. I was never even a patient but if this is how they treat there new clients. I can't image how they treat there regular ones.

My insurance gave me the names of 3 medical offices for a PCP and I chose this one because it had the best reviews of the 3, was the closest to my house, and my insurance told me their provider would be able to see me in 2 weeks (instead of 3-5). The first time I called the phone stopped ringing but I didn’t hear anything; finally a quiet “hello” and I was immediately hung up on. I called back immediately and had to leave a voicemail. My call was returned while I was in class, so I returned their call and left another voicemail afterwards around 3 PM. Nothing from their office for two days, so I’ve called three times again today. Left a voicemail this morning, called twice in a row this afternoon. I understand that this is a SUPER small office and that they might be busy with such a small staff, but I’m very disappointed in the lack of responsiveness from this office. They seem super unprofessional and like they don’t care about helping patients. I was immediately answered and got an appointment right away with another office today.

My insurance gave me the names of 3 doctor offices and I chose this one because it had the best reviews of the 3. I liked everyone initially. Here's how it went downhill: 1. The medical assistants don't know how to draw blood. I've been told every time i give blood that my veins are bad (small and hard to see) but these girls were alternating between saying how great my veins are and asking one another where the vein is and whether the needle is even far enough! After blowing out my veins in both arms and almost passing out (which has NEVER happened to me while getting blood taken), they decided to stop even though it wasn't enough. Also, I have ADHD. I was given the usual paperwork to fill out and bring back. She asked if i needed a script then, but i still had enough for a couple weeks so i said no. What i was given to take home was THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE DOCTOR TO DETERMINE WHETHER A PATIENT HAS ADHD (despite legitimately having this disorder, I do know how you can appear to have ADHD - no wonder prescription addictions are out of hand)!! Miss Linatoc also gave me the paperwork that was supposed to be asked to me in person to see whether my responses indicate anxiety rather than ADHD...the last question was, "does the patient seem anxious during these questions?" I said no...because i wasn't :) 2. I go back 2 weeks later to get the results of my bloodwork and an ultrasound Miss Linatoc (she's not a Dr. - not sure why they refer to her as one) ordered. Upon arriving, she told me for a good two minutes through laughter about how she doesn't remember me and doesnt know why I'm there. Tells me she looked at my chart and notes and has no idea why I'm there. I have chronic neck and back pain and told her about a 20 min. Rundown of all I've done so far to try to make it better. She literally asked me to tell her again. Like my 1st appointment never happened. I left in tears and decided i would look for an actual CARING PROFESSIONAL for future care. 3. I got a call from someone indicating that miss Linatoc asked them to call me to tell me my blood results were fine - after she told me face-to-face it was fine at the appt that she didnt remember me for. I guess she forgot our second appt in additon to our first. 4. Because my last doctor closed her office and because this place was an unexpected joke, I found myself in the situation of needing my adderall refilled. I was told that i needed to have a face-to-face apt. because it is their policy. Even after pointing out their multiple levels of confusion and reminding them i was just there less than 2 weeks ago (less than 4) and she offered to give me the script then, they still insisted i spend an additional $120/year in co-pays to sit in an office where no one knows what they're doing or why I'm even there. W O W. If i did any one of these things at MY job, I'm fairly confident i wouldn't have a job. What a complete and absolute joke and trainwreck.
