  I called 6 times yesterday during their store hours. I started around 12:15 to 4:30pm and they did not once answer. I called twice already today and same thing. Looking for a jersey and trying to avoid driving to San Marcos or Rivercenter. I guess those locations want business. They answer their phones.

  Called 7x this afternoon because I DONT live near North Star and I wanted to see if they had something in the store. They did not answer not even once. I sat there for two mins per call to see if they had certain thing for super bowl. Now I’m here at North Star after a 55 min drive just to find out they don’t have what I need. I work in customer service actually retail as well. And there’s no way in hell I would let the phone ring that long and that many times.
