::Car shopping can be very stressful, however Ray Arroyo was by far the best salesman I had ever met. He was very funny, knowledgeable and provided exceptional service. I recommend if you are looking to invest in a Hyundai he’s the best person to go to. Not to mention I noticed on his wall he has won a few awards, which shows how great of a salesman he is. When you’re buying a car always make sure you get the best service and deal, and Ray is the best!

::I have purchased/leased 4 cars from Ray Arroyo at Liberty Hyundai, and brought a friend who purchased a car as well. Ray's knowledge and people skills are exceptional. He is a pleasure to work with! Not a high pressure salesperson, unlike the Hyundai in Paramus on Route 4. In my opinion, he is the best! I would never go to anyone else. Maryann in the Service Department is exceptional as well! I highly recommend Liberty Hyundai and Ray as well!!

::In July 2017 my dad and I visited this dealership looking to lease a Hyundai Tucson. When we walked in we were greeted and given a salesman Bob. While very friendly he gave us the impression he knew NOTHING about their deals/incentives. My dad and I walked around the lot and looked at all the vehicles they had. I found the one I liked, Bob brought out the keys we started the vehicle tested the radio, air/heat, OPENED the trunk. There were brand new wrapped car mats in the trunk so it was perfect. It’s the one I wanted. We test drove this ONE black limited Hyundai Tucson around the outside of the dealership; Rode smooth, great car. Although working out the deal was a painful and ridiculously long process we reached an agreement. When I arrived the next day to pick up my black limited Hyundai Tucson there are NO car mats. When we questioned Bob he told us that the car didn’t have car mats. My dad and I KNEW the car had car mats , we opened the trunk the day before and saw them. Come to find out the car I got WAS not the car I test drove. Management told us we were confused, we test drove too many vehicles. Unbenounced to them my dad took a picture of the sticker number on the one car we drove and liked. It didn’t match the car we picked up. Their justification by the manager was “ the sticker price on the car you got is $52 more then the other car “ yes it was for a roof rack and trunk cover ........no car mats. This is just some of what happened while we were there. This post would be paragraphs long if I listed everything. WILL NEVER go to this dealership again. Hopes this makes someone think twice before going to this dealership.
