  The night before my service call I smell gasoline in my garage my car has not been driven for over 6 hours I immediately called the service department and spoke to my girl Brianna who always takes very good care of me she told me not to drive the car she'll send a flatbed roadside service came immediately within 20 minutes and I was on my way to the Cadillac in Mahwah the service was excellent the driver was very professional and courteous they had the master technician look over my car needless to say they could not find anything wrong with it so they changed the oil wash the car up and I was on my way excellent service all around Brianna is an outstanding employee!! She goes out of the box.... takes very good care of me it's not the first time also...The whole experience was exceptionally great!!

  Tim was awesome once again. Either him or Briana, whichever treat you with dignity and respect. The service was top notch and my CTS-V came out repaired and hauling 609hp with the new differential Mahwah Cadillac replaced. Anytime I need something I come out smiling. Stellar service department, period.

  I recently bought a Cadillac XT5 from the Mahwah NJ dealership. Our sales rep Rick couldn’t have been any nicer. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to deal with him. He worked with us so I was able to drive the car home that day!!! Everyone at this dealership supported Rick with his effort to make my dream come true!
