Absolutely amazing trip sailing around the Exumas in the Bahamas! Trip of a lifetime.

If you're looking for an enjoyable time on Boston Harbor, you can't do any better than a harbor cruise aboard Liberty Clipper, or Liberty Star! Both schooners are a throwback to the age of sail, and give you a sense of what it was like sailing to Boston hundreds of years ago. They are both well maintained, and both captains, and crew are well qualified, and friendly hosts. If you like your water a bit more blue, I can't recommend a Bahamas cruise aboard Liberty Clipper more highly! The only part of our trip that my wife and I did not enjoy, was that it ended! A short 3 hour flight from Boston will find you in the capital of western hemisphere Golden Age Piracy, Nassau. From there, get ready for the most wonderful experience you can imagine!

Very poor service and an extremely rude staff. I definitely recommend Boston Harbor Cruises. After our trip was abruptly and without warning canceled, Boston Harbor Cruises turned out to be a great back up plan (definitely should have been plan A).

Absolutely terrible, just book a trip with Boston Harbor Cruises and save yourself the trouble of having to deal with this company. Booked a Sunset Cruise a few days in advance; showed up at the scheduled time for the cruise, and had to talk to three different people to learn that it was cancelled due to weather. The cancellation itself isn't the problem, the problem is the fact that I was never notified that the trip was called off (no phone call, text, email, etc.), and then that the staff in the office lied to my face. After wasting a considerable amount of time and money getting down to the harbor, I was told that there was no possible way they could refund my tickets, but that if I showed up the next morning at 11:30 I would be guaranteed spots on the noon cruise. Unfortunately, there was no noon cruise the next day. After altering my plans for the day, and spending yet more time and money to get down to the harbor, I was informed by the office staff that they were sorry they had screwed up, but that there was no upcoming cruise. They then offered "to make things really simple" for me and refund my tickets. The staff's insistence from the prior day that a refund would be "impossible" was apparently a bald-faced lie. After an uncomfortable couple of minutes I received my refund (truly, don't let them tell you they don't have the authority to give you one, they're fully capable of doing so on the spot) and left. No apology. No offer to make things right past a refund. It was clear that the staff was uncomfortable and simply wanted me gone. At this point I was so fed up with dealing with the incompetence that I left. At the end of the day all I got out of this experience was a lot of wasted time and money (parking in downtown Boston isn't cheap), and a newfound sense of awe that a business run by such apathetic, indifferent people could possibly stay afloat (pun intended).

This is a great way to tour Boston harbor. I really recommend doing the rum and revelry tour. They have a cash bar and a rum tasting below decks and they have the greatest crew. I can't stress how friendly and helpful they were. We had light winds so they couldn't go full sail so the Captain opened the bar for free drinks! A personal thank you to Ben for making this a fun time for us. We stayed overnight and he gave us a guided tour and even checked up on is during the sail to see if we were having a good time and if we needed anything else. This is a gem of Boston and we plan to come back and take up one of their sails to the Caribbean when we get a chance.
