  I recently bought a car from Lexus of Lexington. Jon Elliot, Steve Day, and the rest of the staff made my husband and I feel so welcome and appreciated. There was no pressure to buy, and they offer a lot of perks that other dealers don't: free car washes, free breakfast & lunch, free chair massage every Wednesday, plus LOTS more. They will be getting our repeat business, and I have been telling all my friends and family what a great experience we had.   We had an excellent car buying experience and were so fortunate to work with Kristen at Lexus of Lexington. She made the process extremely streamlined from start to finish and accommodated us as we drove in from Tennessee. Purchasing this car sight unseen was not ideal for us given our location, but we found Kristen to be truthful, responsive, and available for our many questions. Overall, it was a great car buying experience and we highly recommend working with Kristen at Lexus of Lexington!

  Aaron Mabry is a excellent sales team member. Aaron helped us in every aspect of the sale and is very knowledgeable on their products and services. I couldn’t recommend him more. Buying my latest vehicle from Lexus of Lexington was more of a experience than just a selling of a vehicle. Thank you all for such a great experience, I really do enjoy my new Lexus IS!   My wife and I walked in during the summer to have a look at a used car (not a Lexus) that we found online. We were dressed in pool attire and not interested in a new Lexus so we were worried that we wouldn't be taken seriously. However, from the moment we stepped in the door, we were treated like family. As soon as we walked in, Dwayne came to greet us and treated us like VIP. From the test drive, to financing to actually purchasing the vehicle, everything about the experience was a pleasure. We didn't have the best credit but they were still able to get us financed. Everyone on the team from management to sales and financing were very helpful. Dwayne really went above and beyond. He did everything he could to make sure we understood everything about the car and the buying process. He even followed up several times after the purchase to make sure we were happy. You really couldn't ask for more in a car dealership. Truly exceptional.
