  The one guy who dealt with two of our cars is a conman and tried to bilk us for absurd nonsense that didn't exist. Made up supposed problems and even said our Beetle needed a new engine and really started applying the pressure for us to quickly give him 4500 dollars. Took it elsewhere and each place said he was trying to make a huge profit by unnecessary claims. Called BBB and another watchdog group who nailed the cheat

  My factory 6speed standard transmission in my 2003 Nissan 350z bit the dust and Mike is the only person I could find that I truly trusted with my car. My Z wasn't just a daily driver but also used to compete with on the track and after talking to mike and finding out about his personal experience on the track I knew I found the right person. Mike actually took the time to find out what type of stress would be put on the car and then found the correct parts to hold up to the abuse. We worked together to find the parts that I needed and not once did I feel that I was being talked into buying unnecessary items or paying too much. He replaced my clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, and throw out bearing. While working on the car he even took the extra time to look at other parts and found many things that needed to be addressed such as various oil leaks and made sure to show me in person in which I gave him the go ahead to fix. The best part about all of this is he didn't charge an arm and a leg and was very upfront about keeping me updated about the progress of the job. This job was done almost 2 years ago and still works as it did on the day I picked it up from his shop. I am mostly impressed with the fact that he took the time to really get to know me and how I drive and Use the car and then built the repair around that.

  Mike and his team are professional, efficient and offer competitive rates. They took great care of my Honda S2000, and I don't trust that car to just anyone! They actually did quite a bit of work to it to get it ready for the road for me. I highly recommend Mike and his team! Thanks for your great service!! Mike is the owner of the now Fuji Imports. I never visited this business before it changed owners, so I'm happy to leave this business a great review and set the record straight (older reviews of the previous owner are no longer accurate!)

  Roberto has been servicing our Hondas since 1987. My wife and I have had five Hondas during that time, and I would trust no one else with our cars. I am very particular about my car and Roberto's commitment to providing the highest quality service always puts me at ease. I also very much appreciate the fact that he does all of the work himself. I always know who's working on my car and that's important to me. The fact that he does all of his own work and is a small operation means you don't get the fancy waiting room or other extras found at a dealership. But you know what, I don't want to pay for all of that. I want to pay a fair price to have an honest, trustworthy, highly skilled mechanic consistently keeping my car in excellent working order, and I get that at Alpine. I also just really like Roberto as a person. Honestly, if he ever retires or I buy anything other than a Honda, I am going to be lost.
