::I took my car in to get help with learning the technology in the car. There is so much more to learn compared to my previous vehicle. Gregg, the technology specialist helped me, and was very professional. He greeted me with a hand shake, eye contact and a smile. He explained everything to me so I could understand and was very patient with me. He even explained a few things a couple different times to make sure I understood. ::They have gone down hill since we’ve been with them with customer service. For as much as we pay for a premium on our cars and services, they are now making everyone who come in for service to pay for a loaner instead Of complimentary. They went to them because they had a great customer service program that treated us like we’re valued customers but this last time we brought our car in for service, they not only charge us a fee for a loaner and gas, they also didn’t have a Lexus to loan out but some rental Camry’s. Didn’t like their attitude on how they brought up the payment for the loaner or acted like they’re doing us a favor for taking their car because their service department can’t keep up with the services on a quick and timely manner so we wouldn’t have to get a loaner in the first place and wait around for hours. With that kind of customer service, I think I will think twice the next time I’m looking at purchasing a new car or need services done on the car!
