Ray at Legacy Pharmacy likes to give out hydrocodones to Christine Booth for so called " massages" ...The state should audit their hydrocodone count . Thats why she leaves such rave reviews about them. Ray should be prosocuted for giving out pills to addicted clients in return for sex.Im sure a audit would back up my statement here when the prescriptions and the counts dont add up.

I love this pharmacy. Its right across the hall from my Dr & they are SO friendly and actually CARE about my health. I really love the personal attention. If I have questions or need a recommendation they are always on top of it. I've always left there extremely satisfied!! ++ Prices are competitive ++Small pharmacy=Better one on one ++ No long lines 👍 ** And they deliver!

I have used Legacy since they opened their doors & they were phenomenal in the beginning. However, about 2 years ago I transferred over 20 RX's to another pharmacy & kept only the 3 for doctor in their building there for convenience.Since last fall I have had issues EVERY single month from not showing up with delivery (& having to wait thru weekend & 2 times thru holiday closings which was 4-5 days!), not getting change or receipt for cash paid for delivery & then no credit issued for over psyment, wrong RX delivered, RX missing in delivery, to being told I had NO insurance (I have 2,Medicare & QMB)& being called a B*tch & the f-bomb used at me & about me (to my daughter when she called) by Paul the pharmacist. In addition, I had just used both insurances only 3 days prior & I called both Medicare & DHS & verified that my insurance was intact! Paul & Rachel both argued with me, Paul denying any computer issues or problems with said insurance.(Discovered they lost ability to use medicaid & QMB 30 days & had only be reinstated days before) also both claimed Pharmacies do not verify insurance & have no phone #'s to do so.(*they verify my coverage before filling any RX every single month). Ultimately, I have removed ALL RX'S from Legacy.I am contacting appropriate agencies to file proper complaints. Paul has no business even speaking to clients & f-bombing 1 multiple times is past bad business. Lying repeatedly, screwing up drastically for 11 months straight & only having 3 RX's is really bad!!! I liked Rachel & trusted her but she has changed!!! People depend on medications. It is life saving. And if your in the business to fill and deliver life saving medications, you do it & you do it right. You do not just continue to do things wrong & say loops!!! Convenience is not part of Legacy's business plan. Disrespecting customers, lying, customers money just vanishing, saying nothing you can do rather than fix an issue, forgetting RX's,& now evidentially cussing at customers...these are Legacy's business practices!!! I highly recommend you RUN from them. Do not be fooled by the smiles & initial politeness!!!
