Great prices and good sales. I've always found the people working here very helpful. I still get my prescriptions at Walgreens because I always have, but someday in the future I may make the change, depending on the prices of the rx compared with Walgreens.

If you have medication that is compounded and requires to be stored at room temperature, OR in a cool place AND is needed for life (i.e. kidney transplant/immune suppressant). DON'T order from this pharmacy. They don't care and ship your medication to you without any cooling...which can be detrimental say like in TEXAS where summer temps can get into the 100's. I live four hours away from this CVS CarePlus Pharmacy. The local one we had closed down and were an excellent bunch of people. I was told to contact this pharmacy instead. I called to see if I can get the problem resolved and spoke with Vanessa..the pharmacist there. She promptly told me that the medication does't have to be refrigerated, and I told her I understood that..that room temperature is just fine. I then asked her, "in situations where the temperature outside is 90 degrees ( like on the day I got my medication) would you as a pharmacist think that might compromise my medication?" She only answered that cooling is not required. LOL. So in essence screw you as a customer, if we don't have to we won't. We care nothing about if the medication is stable or usable or not...only about saving money on cool packs. She then recommended to to search out other compounding pharmacies... I do not recommend this CVS CarePlus Pharmacy at all. Stay away! And yes, I will be searching for another pharmacy all together. Too bad, I used to like CVS.
