  Got to their store just before closing time for some emergency manicures and the owner and staff not only made us feel so welcome but still took the time to dedicate making us happy with no pressure to hurry. Really knowlegable and have great prices! I wish there was a salon like this with this type of staff and customer service back home! Absolutley will come back Every time I'm in Miami for their specials.

  I have been going to Lee Lou for over 2 years. Betsy is a skin miracle worker! Since she took control of my face, it has gone from being acne ridden and temperamental to clear and balanced. I now go many days without make up! Betsy also makes the facial so enjoyable. She tells you everything she is doing and keeps me laughing through the painful process of extractions. She also gives amazing massages! I also love the Choco Therapy the salon offers. I did this treatment right before my wedding and it left my skin glowing on my wedding day! If you are looking to improve you skin... go see Betsy!

  I go to Leelou for my facials with Betsy. She is absolutely amazing and has the best hands. I used that time for r&r. She is so good at her craft and makes one feel relaxed. I've been going there for a few years already. Staff is friendly and welcoming. (I love the tea they serve!)

  It took me a while to find a good place to cut my hair in downtown but I've now been coming here for years. Great staff, very warm and professional. By far the best place I've been to.
