  When you purchase a groupon.. and they hide the fact there is a mandatory 18% charge on the full amount you would have paid without a groupon.. you just speak to the manager and give the equivalent of 30% tip and leave for good (I was going to do a full monthly membership and bring my friends over too). I may be back when they learn how to treat customers who could have become their most loyal ones (i.e. fire that store manager).
