  Terrible experience while travelling for work from Australia and needing to do some laundry. Picked up clothing and when we opened the bag of laundry everything white was covered in spots of something dark red. No idea what the stains are, looks as though someone has cut themselves and bled all over our clothing. Then looked closer at darker clothes and they too have the stains but are less noticeable. Went back to see the owner and she literally laughed in our faces and said she didn't care. Cannot believe how bad this company is. Absolutely disgusting. $150 to have laundry done and my clothes are ruined. Now on a work trip with by business clothe stained and unable to be worn. What a disgusting way to represent DC. Shame on you.

  This is the worst place I’ve ever ever been to, they destroyed some of our clothes. They have blotches of what looks like blood all over them. I went back this morning and was laughed at. I’m absolutely gob smacked at the terrible business practises and the owner who just laughed. Seriously looks like someone had cut them self and whilst folding them has put blood over everything. Please please please avoid this place and take your business elsewhere, I should have taken note of the negative reviews saying similar things. If you are staying at the Fairmont, Westin, Park Hyatt or any other hotel in the area make sure they aren’t using this business before you send your clothes of for the “ in house clean “

  I have been here before, and have also experienced bad service, however, it seems they have changed the employment and the service is now much better than it was before. Since then, I have recommended this cleaners to many friends and colleagues!

  The business owner personally works here and she's very welcoming! And the quality of the dry cleaning is consistently satisfactory.

  The worst service I have ever received. Very expensive and clothes not even folder. Cost $57 to have some clothes washed and dried. I have also heard of others who were told at 7:30 in the morning that she did not want to do any more washing and so refused their business. I would encourage people to look else where in future.
