  Excellent quality and service. Every time I go the owner is smiling, respectful, and kind. I even mistakenly left without paying for an item (thinking I had paid for it last time) and she explained my mistake next time but said there was no need to pay for the item. Also, the quality of the cleaning is the best I've had so far. Stains have all come out perfectly, and the alterations I've had done have been perfect.

  I placed my dry cleaning in service here around 11/15 and due to schedule conflicts, later snow weather and other issues, I couldn't pick it up until months later. However, when I did, I paid and got home only to discover that one shirt was actually missing. They had no answer for it. Since I had no events or anything, I decided not to wear any of the suits except one. It was fine. Months later, I wore a gray suit to church only for a brother to discover that my jacket's left shoulder had a deep slit in it. Dismayed, I thought I better check my other suits ND sadly, behold - two other suits had the same slit in the same shoulder only far deeper and longer than the first suit. I took them back and demanded an explanation, but I haven't heard or received any call about it. A thousand dollars gone.

  DO NOT get your clothes cleaned here, they do not take proper care of it, and in the end, they'll end up charging more than what they told you at the beginning!! BEWARE
