  Terrible service. First, they missed the 2 hour delivery window (4-6pm) by over 2 hours, so I had to wait an extra day because I had to leave for work. On top of this they lost half of my laundry, refused to acknowledge that they lost my clothes, and then refused to speak with me further about rectifying the situation. Never using them again, get your laundry done by someplace else.
