  The periodontal service I received was good, but their billing is a mess. They sent me a bill after almost two years for a procedure that a dental insurance company had denied. No one was able to explain to me why they sent the bill after almost two years, and why it was sent as a past due bill when I they were issuing this bill for the first time. They had just generated this bill but still issued it as if I was delinquent on a previously issued bill. They sent it without a date of service, and I spent two days talking to the wrong office thinking this was for something more recent. On day 3 someone finally realized that the date of service was from 2021 (this is happening April 2023) and that it was for their Cary periodontal office. When I called that office the staff there was much better and professional, but they did not know why the service was denied (which is fine. I can try to get that information from the insurer), or, more important, why after almost two years they decide to send me this bill for the first time as a past due bill. I am never going back to any of the L&A offices for any services, and I will always tell others of my experience to warn friends, family, coworkers, not to go to this place for anything. That's a promise. The insurance denied the services because proper documentation was not provided, and off course neither the insurer nor the provider will accept blame. I had to pay for the service that was denied. But what really bothers me is how Lane & A just sends a bill already in delinquent status for something that took place almost two years prior, something that they never mentioned to me at any of the appointments that I had since then. Terrible system, and a terrible way to treat customers. Avoid headaches, avoid wasting time on the phone disputing bills, go somewhere else.

  This location is really clean, and the staff does an amazing job. Meryeme chettouch was the dental hygienist that took care of me with my last visit. She was very sweet and had a lot of knowledge about all the questions I asked her. One of my favorite dentist offices!

  I usually don’t like to go to the dentist and I haven’t been in a long time. I was pretty nervous to go but my hygienist Meryeme comforted me and was very gentle and kind. This is the kind of office I can see myself staying at.

  I had a great experience at this office! I had an outstanding experience with my dental hygienist Meryeme. She was so kind and took her time to fulfill my needs and make sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Will definitely be coming back!

  I had the best experience at Lane Dentistry yesterday. Everything was phenomenal from the front desk to the dentist, but I really have to give the biggest shoutout to Vanessa, my hygienist. She literally did both jobs, dental assistant and hygiene. She was great with all my X-rays, gentle on my gums, and had a pleasing personality. I can’t wait to go back for my crown next month. This place is fab!
