  I would give ZERO stars if I could. I went in for a hole in my tooth and was referred to a root canal to Dr. Sadafi. Got root canal done and came back to Dr. Greer. My first shock in the follow up appointment was that AFTER I walked in to the dentist's office I was told it would take at least two hours. A two hour commitment for anyone is a big enough slot to need to be informed ahead of time (i.e. let people know when they are fixing up the appointment). My second shock was that I was told to come back for multiple follow-ups for crowning. First appointment is to remove the temporary filling with another temporary filling (lack of logic in why you would remove one temporary filling for another). Then another is to put in a permanent filling to replace the current one. And then a last one for the crowning. Three appointments for one crowning. Honestly sounded like a money making scam and/or just an inefficient process. I walked out of that appointment primarily because it didn't have logic. They lost their faith in me primarily because it sounded like they were just trying to get money out of the patient... utterly disappointed.

  My son and I have been going to Dr. Samantha Greer for at least the past 5 years and she and her staff are wonderful! I have a pretty bad case of claustrophobia, which has always added challenge to dental visits, but she and her staff are patient, thoughtful-- always asking if I need anything, to take a break... and keeping me calm through the process. We have been extremely happy with all of the care and services received. I highly recommend!

  I have been here four times in the past 15 months. After moving to the area for college, I had neglected my oral health, and wanted to find a local dentist. I have been twice for cleanings and twice for cavities. It is a small practice, with one doctor and a handful of hygienist, and they are not open on Fridays. However, I did not have trouble getting an appointment, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Overall, I felt Dr. Greer did not make me feel comfortable while performing her duties. I like to understand what is being done in my mouth, for my own knowledge and so I can anticipate discomfort or pain. She did not communicate what she was doing very well, and even after I requested she do so, I felt like she was not particularly interested in doing this for my peace of mind. Also, both times after having cavities filled, I experienced lingering, moderate to severe pain in the affected teeth. I had several cavities filled as a teen at my hometown dentist, and never had problems afterward like this. I am booking an appointment with a different local dentist to address pain and swelling near the last filling done about 6-weeks ago. While I knew my mouth wasn't in great shape, I was surprised at the amount of problems she told me about. I know I had some cavities, but I am going to a different dentist for a second opinion, as I feel she exaggerated the severity of my tooth decay, gum health, and how immediately my wisdom teeth needed to be addressed. Perhaps she is being cautious and proactive for my own sake, but since I did not find her very personable or communicative, I am inclined to not trust her as readily.

  I have been going to Dr. Greer for over 20 years. I have only had excellent service with her and her staff. She is very friendly and treats people like family. Not once have I ever been overcharged or given procedures that were not necessary. I highly recommend her and believe those negative reviews were given with malicious intent. She was able to fix all the problems with my teeth that were the result of bad dental care while serving in the military. I agree with the other posts that you should come in and see for yourself. She is an absolute delight, and an excellent dentist!

  On behalf of my elderly mother, she adores Dr. Greer and her staff! They are very gentle and attentive to her needs. Darlene is amazing with bridges and crowns - quite the perfectionist; and Katie is a wonderful hygienist -- very gentle! Her new office has digital xrays/imaging along with other high tech improvements over the last practice where she worked. So glad she started her own practice! Highly recommended!
