::Came here to have my blood draw, in and out. The service was amazing. the two girls that are normally there are lovely, seeing the negative post from above is extremely absurd. Anyway the staff is amazing there would recommend this place.

::Best place ever the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and above all courteous I had to go in to get my blood drawn today the process was smooth and painless being deathly scared of needles I didn't expect to walk out of there with a smile on my face. I highly recommend this location and will continue using the location as my go to for my blood draw needs. Thanks! Also that Mary Schiro is a c#nt I was there and witnessed everything the woman didn't speak English, spoke Spanish and couldn't read Spanish noone said anything about it being America πΊπΈ even though I definitely was going to but I let the retardation continue she hangs up the phone with her daughter to become confrontational and irate because she lacked the education to read what a worthless hag. The location is wonderful but the ignorance from the locals is what sucks, next time bring your rr3tard3d mother with you so you can translate for her illiterate aasss ππ.

::A member of the staff needs to learn patience and compassion. My mother came in to have blood drawn, and found a new computer system to enter in their information. Unfortunately, due to her age, and her language (Italian is her primary language), but she does speak Spanish fluently, and some English, Asked for help from the staff, and one of the staff member only kept saying "You are in America, and you should learn English". Instead of helping my mother, she was rude and inconsiderate. In the end, two ENGLISH speaking staff members, one being this particularly rude member, also did not understand the ENGLISH instructions on how to use the computer. Thankfully there were others that were helpful, but I recommend that all staff members be trained with proper customer service behaviors!

::Very rude employees that are hostile and look like they hate having to deal with people they are more concerned about watching TV shows on the phone than providing good customer service. Management should sneak up on them to see their true colors.

::Although the staff inside is wonderful and quite skilled, I will never go there again. The parking has gotten ridiculous, with a security guard rushing to put a harassing sticker on my car. The shuttle was no where to be found. When I went inside, another security guard sprayed dollar store air freshener so much that I could not breathe and copped an attitude when I called her on it. They may have built up the complex, but it went ghetto instead of upscale.
