  This place does not listen to patients in pain. If you don't move fine they keep you clean. For pain management thumbs down. They don't talk to your doctor's who admitted you in the first place,and they don't read their discharge papers. You are forever in pain.

  RUN FAR AWAY Let my grandma die due to neglect. Hope who ever reads this does the right thing and DO NOT places your loved ones here... they will suffer.

  The staff is family oriented and very very kind. My mom and aunt are both there. East Haven has helped them alot. Now they are residents.
