  Very helpful staff and very reasonable rates. It is not "fancy NOR elegant", it is a clean comfortable place to sleep while in El Paso on business or on a shopping trip. It is not a "romantic getaway NOR a resort" But because it is reasonable in price you will have some money left to spend on your shopping trip! It is near I-10 and some busy streets, so it can be noisy, but you are close to the "action".

  Horrible hotel. Stay weekend of April 20-22 2018. The doors to All rooms outside are super filthy. Stayed in room 258 which is upstairs. As soon as you open door to room you can smell a nasty order, carpet looked nasty needs replacing bad. Stains everywhere. Walls, doors, curtains, shower. I didn't have money to cancel the stay & get room at another hotel so me & my 3 kids were stuck there. The cleaning crew, don't even clean the rooms next day. Just take trash, change bedding & towels. Lazy people. Pool area was nasty. Dirt at bottom of pool, but tons of it. Dead bugs in pool. My kids were looking forward to the pool & were disappointed so they got in anyway. The website says hot breakfast. But what do the consider hot breakfast? The only things that were hot are waffles, oatmeal & toast. Guess what do I expect from a cheap hotel. They have hard boiled eggs but taste frozen or have ice in it as well as the milk. Cereal tasted old. Bananas were old. Huge mistake eating breakfast the 1st day. Didn't make the same mistake checking out. Didn't realize La Quinta is walking distance to Foxy's all nude bar. So the dancers stay the night there. Also we had issues with our room neighbors. The came to their room at 10pm drunk I'm assuming & were yelling, pounding on the doors & walls as well as blasting music while they got ready to go out I assume. Then at 1am back to their room again yelling & banging and scaring my kids. In our room we have a for that connects to their room. Guess you pay extra the hotel unlocks it. But those guys kept trying to open & pounding as if they were the police. I finally got fed up & reported to office. She sent security who seemed to look like my 13 year old sons age. But he finally got them to quiet a bit. Think like 6 grown college guys were in that one small room. Which was another issue with ours. Sunday morning those guys left early before I could report them again to the front desk. Told the gentleman but said nothing he can do since they already checked out. You would have thought the graveyard person would have left notion. Anyways if your really desprete for a room, I would never recommend spending your time or money.

  Our room was clean, spacious and surprisingly quiet. The bed was extra comfortable and the pool open til 10. The room had extra large towels, ammenities, hanging closet and dresser with an ironing board, hair dryer. There was also a mini fridge, microwave and free wifi. The room included an easy chair and table for eating dinner of setting up a laptop and free breakfast.

  Thin walls- couldn’t sleep because there was a party next door one night and a domestic fight the next. Room needs deep cleaning- bathroom smells of mold near ventilation fan. Staff is helpful and responsive. Breakfast is fine, location is good- lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance. Strip club next door- so that makes things a little weird. Found a bedbug crawling on bathroom floor- eek!

  Good place to stay, affordable, every time I've stayed it's been no issues. Staff always asks questions to accommodate you beter. The location is also good, there is lots around if you just want to walk.
