  Great if you're on a budget, but really dirty and dank. Not sure if those were hookers in the hallways or meth addicts. Since they rent by the week...the place is just gross. You get what you get, and nothing extra. They clean rooms once a week, and no, you can't go ask for more. Meaning the two towels and wash clothes, one bar of soap, and a roll of toilet paper is all you are getting. This place is designed for people that dont want or can't rent an apartment but want something cheap and long term.

  Its a overpriced for the quality. I think theres some better weekly hotels. The location is perfect. I cannot stand how on my last day at 930am maintenance was banging on my door, and at 10am housekeeping opened my door (and I'm only in underwear) while im trying to sleep in because checkout is at 12.

  I like the concept of weekly rate. I like the location. People are nice. What I don't like, this place is very dirty. Beer bottles, cigrates butt, food is all over the outside. Second thing I don't like that TV shows are still analog, means picture is not clear. Not sure why can't have digital TV. It shouldn't be too hard. I think both of these problems can be fixed, specifically converting analog to digital TV.

  My husband and I have been staying here off/on since May. Cheapest place we could find that includes kitchen with a full refrigerator, stove top, and microwave so we could eat in instead of out all the time. Gets too expensive for that when traveling on the road. Staff has always been very nice, courteous, and always quick to help no matter what our issue or problem is. Love the privacy of our room. Don't bother anyone and they will not bother you. Maid service once a week is perfect. She cleans the shower, toilet, sinks, counters, stove, sweeps, mops, vacuums, and changes out our bedding every week whether it needs it or not. Close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Bus stops as well if you need to go elsewhere. Laundry room on site is a life saver. Cheaper in some ways than renting an apartment and then paying your own electric, gas, water, trash, sewer, cable, and wifi. I love that it's all bundled for one low price and pay by the month.

  outside is nice. inside is out dated the electrical covers are broken there are no seals around the front door. the carpet stinks the inside is just horrible. i have 3 rooms rented for my guys and me. we are moving out after 2 week. the staff only changes sheets and vacuums once a week. they do not exchange towels or replenish the toilet paper either. i am retired 24 years Army and i have stayed in really bad and uncomfortable place and this one really sucks.to wash your clothes you need to purchase a card from the office for $2 cash only. the office hours are 11am to 7 pm. we work 7am to 7pm 6 days a week. so we are unable to get this card. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. i would recommend to spend the extra $25 - $50 to stay anywhere else.
