  My family stayed here over the weekend and had a worse-than-average experience. We regularly stay here because we accumulate Wyndham points and the rooms were only $70.00 a night this weekend after applying some points. We've been using this hotel for over a decade when we visit Champaign and we don't think that the beds have been updated since we started staying here, they were exceptionally soft last weekend and it was difficult to get to sleep. Also our room keys stopped working on the second day and the front desk staff told us not to put the keys next to our credit cards, but there were a lot of guests in the lobby also complaining that their keys stopped working so I think a volume of cards accidentally got deactivated by the hotel. We put the "Please clean room" marker on the doorknob and our room wasn't cleaned at all during our weekend stay. Found an old bottle of water behind the night stand from a previous guest.

  Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Good breakfast with eggs, biscuits/gravy, sausage, yogurt, coffee, etc. Good location close to dining and shopping. Manager went out of his way to make our stay excellent. There was a major storm in the area and we couldn't get an Uber. He drove us to the restaurant in the pouring rain. If I am in the area again this will be the place I stay. Great customer service!

  I checked in and was given room keys by the guy at the front desk. I went up to the room, inserted the keycard and opened the door only to find there was already someone staying in the room!! Needless to say that was really awkward. I’ve never had something like that happen before, anywhere. While the room was reasonably clean, the place has a musty smell and is dingy at best. I would not stay here again, even if they offered it for free.

  We’ve stayed here 2 different times & so far no complaints! Rooms are super clean, no loud noises and the area is very nice with lots of options of foods along with activities!

  The room was clean and linens white. Breakfast was a full warm meal. From juices to sausage and eggs . Bisquits and gravy. Staff friendly and polite. Room is on smaller size but plenty comfortable. Would be glad to return. Near wide variety of restaurants if needed.
