  The hotel itself looks nice. We stayed on the 3rd floor. Right when you walk out of the elevator, there was a "orange cone" to what we found to be because the floor was damaged/sunken. There were other spots along the way to our room that also were sunken. The WiFi wasn't working until my wife called and reported the problem to the front desk which was followed up by a call back from their provider? We discovered our fan unit was not even operable the next morning.

  The common areas and our room were very clean. I appreciated that breakfast and parking were included. Everyone at the front desk and the housekeeping staff were friendly. I didn't use the indoor pool or fitness center, however those areas appeared clean and welcoming. I have to return in a month and will book my room here again!

  This hotel is supposed to be pet friendly but my experience was awful. I got a new puppy and needed to rest a couple of nights after a long drive. I paid the pet deposit fee and thought I would be good. On the last night I was startled by knocking on the door at 8 pm and was asked if there was damage to the room. I said Who are you? He again repeated his question. I said no and asked who the man was at my door, he said you’ve put linens out everyday and I explained I had a new puppy and again asked who he was. He said he was the manager. I am a 20 year old woman who definitely didn’t need a random man asking me questions banging on my door without identifying himself after being asked. You call yourself a manager and you call this a pet friendly hotel? My friends and I were absolutely appalled by this experience. My husband had to call the hotel and let him know that it was completely unprofessional and the bottom line was that he made his wife cry. Manager freaks out and agreed with my husband and did not bother me again. It is absolutely disgusting that I had to call my husband to not be bothered by a man.

  This was a great experience at this hotel. My family and I stayed for 7 nights. My only complaint was the house keepers kept adjusting the thermostat when they went in. And pool wasn't working. Other than that pretty good breakfast and overall a good place to stay. Would highly recommend this hotel.

  Better than I expected for best Western, room was roomy and clean. The breakfast server was helpful but selection wasn't good. Kids cereal, not regular eggs, biscuits are steamed to a bad texture. It did have waffles and processed kind of pastries. If you want fresh food for breakfast there is an Einstein bagel a quarter mile away. We stayed here on a football weekend and it was a good value compared for a clean roomy place.
