::It's an older hotel. My room is a bit musty smelling but everything is clean and the staff are all very helpful and kind. You can not beat the location, it's very pet friendly and literally about a half a block if not less to the capital building! This is probably the least expensive hotel downtown and it has hands down the best location for being downtown.

::The hotel is run down and disgusting. You have to pay an additional fee to park in their sketchy parking garage. After parking there overnight my backup camera no longer works. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned anytime recently. There were stains on the comforter and there was dirt and grime everywhere. I'm not usually one to complain but the level of filth was alarming as I'm not comfortable with mold near the ac. I only booked a stay for one night which turned out to be a blessing. The only thing this hotel has going for it is its location. I've never been more disappointed by a hotel. I've stayed in La Quintas my entire life and have never had the issues I've had at this location. Save your money, book somewhere else.

::The rooms are inexpensive enough and the accommodations are suitable. Make sure to bring slippers because the carpets in the rooms are dingy. However, I probably wouldn't stay here again because of the parking situation, very dismal and costly, $33+ for two days if you add an extra 24 hours after paying for one day. The bottom floor of the parking garage is for some medical personnel only. On a good note, the staff are friendly and helpful.

::Location pictures did not match what the property looked like. It felt dirty, gloomy and in need of some maintenance. Check in took about 20 minutes and only one person was ahead of me. Not to mention the internet kept crashing so he had to enter things manually. We got to our rooms and the building in general is outdated but if someone tried to kick our door down, they definitely would be able to. As a single female security is something I always worry about. Anyways, inside the room the mattress was dented. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my room again so I just slept on it. wish there were some property updates or maintenance to fix things that are out dated and not working. Also, parking is an additional charge so heads up.

::First off, the place is good enough for a few nights to just sleep in. Now, I'm trying to make this a very respectful review. We had a room of 2 beds for 5 people and it was okay. We didn't have a control remote to watch TV but it wasn't that big of a deal so we just asked for one. The TV can't sound very loud and I understand that it's to be respectful for the other visitors. But we couldn't hear anything if we wanted to watch a movie or something. We went to the pool for a bit and it was pretty nice. The front desk gave us 2 cards to open our room. Some of us had to go do something while the others went back to the room. The people who went back had to call us because their card did not open the door. We realized that only one card was probably activated. The toilet was clogged. Most of us had to do our business but couldn't do it because the toilet was messed up. The shower was good too just like any other shower to be honest. Would I recommend this hotel to someone based on my experience? No, I wouldn't.
