So my entire 3 and a 1/2 days stay Was overall pretty good. The rooms were clean and the sizes were completely fine. The front desk individuals were very nice. There was an issue with room keys where during my entire stay they had to use the emergency keys so we only had one key available and it ended up that becoming an issue. The individuals staying next door were extremely loud and were screaming and beyond inappropriate At all hours of the night. While I know that's not the fault of the hotel, when I bring it up to the front desk on 2 different occasions where I'm being woken up at 3 AM due to screaming and they don't do anything about it that's when I have an issue.

Last minute need for a room and overnight desk reception was best experience. After two other hotels didn't have any availability this location accommodations were available and room was flawless. Comfy bed and spacious room. Include a nice breakfast. I'll stay there from now on when needing to be primarily downtown.

Famous for being in the middle of everything, food truck, downtown, Texas state house, Congress bridge and other attractions. The staff were friendly and hospitable, although they charge $30 for parking, that balanced out with the free breakfast every morning. Breakfast really wasn't that bad, to think it was parked daily and things ran out pretty quickly too, so go early. The gym and swimming pool were good, the only snag was they don't give complementary water in the rooms, but they have water fountains in the gym and by the reception desk for refilling your bottles. They were the only hotel we didn't have to ask to clean our rooms or put fresh towels daily and that was refreshing. They also didn't neglect in the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner experience, all separate and lush too. Will always consider holiday Inn for my holidays from now on. Thanks guys.

I had a very late check in, but I was still very pleasantly greeted. Zee (I believe was her name) made me feel welcome and thoughtfully selected my room based on the reason I was staying there. Everywhere was very clean and well-maintained. I absolutely loved the room. It was spacious, with lots of lighting, wonderful view of the pool, and very comfortable. The bedding was all very clean. The remote control was in a plastic bag which made me feel more comfortable using it because it was clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel provided full sized body wash, shampoo, and conditioner so I did not have to worry about running out or asking for more. The fitness center was well-maintained with only one machine down. There were towels provided, ear buds, and a water machine. There are also water fountains near the lobby bathrooms so I did not have to pay for water during my stay. Breakfast was free everyday with lots of delicious options to choose from. There was also plenty of seating in the dining area. The pool looked beautiful with comfortable seating all around it, but I did not get a chance to swim during my stay unfortunately. I was still in Austin for the day after my check-out so it was really handy that they were able to hold my bag until I left for the airport later. The location was also great. It's walking distance from many places downtown. Overall, this was probably my best experience staying at a hotel and I would highly recommend it! I don't usually leave reviews, but the experience was too good not to leave some love!

This hotel is an excellent value near downtown Austin. Our fifth floor room overlooked the pool - it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We slept well with no noise from any of the nearby businesses. The pool was fantastic and well kept. Breakfast was very good for a complimentary buffet. Things were changed just enough daily to keep breakfast interesting. We stayed without a car and did just fine walking to restaurants, shops, and parks. Front desk service was friendly. The only minor annoyance we had was that one of the elevators was not working so wait times for the other could be lengthy.
