  Food is great the owner very nice the people that entra can have a drink at the bar eat dinner. The worker's are friendly. U feel right at home

  I love the food..service ..portion sizes are plenty..but one thing that bothered the guests and myself . was its too dark in the main dining area...too dim to read the menu. Not comfortable lighting. Hope they fix this.

  So very disappointed. My family (party of 18) had our annual Christmas gathering here this year. I pushed for this place as the location, as I did have good experiences there about 7-8 years ago. Well, clearly it's changed and not for the better. The food used to be great, now it was mediocre. The side room we were seated in was so cold, really inadequate heating, and the small heater they brought when we complained was a joke. Service was slow and inexperienced and we really felt there was no attempt made to accommodate us. To top it off, it's clear the latest NYC health grade report is very accurate as we can attest from what we observed - read the report BEFORE you go (I didn't). We won't be going back...ugh. What a shame, disgraziato.

  La Fontana is a very well kept and beautifully decorated restaurant. They have a decadent atmosphere perfect for events or just a dinner for two. Food is delicious and here service is friendly and accommodating. Would recommend!!!!
