  I would like to acknowledge the fantastic job being done by Marvin at the Ridgeway Ct club in Stamford. The club is clean and well run. I encourage anyone who is interested to ask for Marvin...he just might give you a free PT session too !

  Great gym, staff members are always friendly especially the manager. There’s always a cleaning lady so everything is clean overall. The pool is great and so are both floors to work out. Equipment that is out of order is getting fixed and taken care of very quickly. The location is great and so is everything about this gym. Very modern. The best thing about this gym is the Sauna which is always relaxing.

  Got a guest pass to join my bf in a gym visit the other day - was welcomed by Marvin, who was really nice. Great gym, clean facilities, large array of equipments. The pool was nice and clean. They also have a sauna both in the men’s and women’s room. Good value overall.

  It’s awesome for what I need...close to home, spacious, not overcrowded, and clean. Nice equipments. Best thing is volleyball. A lot of good players and I always have fun!

  This place doesn’t deserve even one star. When you first walk in through the front door, the strong nasty smell hits your brain to the level that you can’t even think straight anymore. Then you get hit by rude employees. Equipment is dirty. Bathrooms are disgusting. This gym is always busy. But only 30% of people are actually working out. Seems like it is some kind of hang out spot. You can see people talking on the phone, with each other, just walking around, simply sitting and even SLEEPING on the equipment. And the worst of all is the customer service. When I wanted to sign out of this nightmare of a gym, they made it soooo difficult. I had to call, email and go there in person various times before they finally cancelled my membership and it’s after charging me couple of months after I’ve been told that it was already canceled. DO NOT EVER GO HERE AT ANY COST! P.S.: this is such a pity because this gym is in such a good and busy location. It has a huge potential. And one good manager could change the whole picture.
