  Worse than Walmart Every time I go there I have to write them and complain because of just how terrible every single person that works there is. Here are some recent examples: the girl thought the best way to tell me that a lane was open was to say in the snarkiest tone possible "hellooo..." and gestured to the open lane and looked at me like I was an idiot. Then when I confronted her about it she said that she didn't even say "hello" and that she was sorry for trying to help me. I also had to call their lost and found to see if anyone had turned in my keys, and instead of checking they just said "I don't think so". I had to ask them to check. And every other time I go there some other employee is epically rude to me. I've complained multiple times, but management does not care. This is in River Oaks for pete's sake! Get your act together! If I didn't live so close I would go anywhere else if I could. And so should you.
