  This pharmacy will NEVER get my business again!first off parking is impossible at this freaking place. I walked up to the pharmacy counter because the drive through was closed early. A customer was already being attended. Before I said anything, the girl behind the counter noticed me and said in a very dry manner “sorry, we are closed”. It was 4 minutes after 8 and she was still attending someone. “I asked if she could please make an exception, I’m only picking up, but before I could finish I was rudely interrupted by “Sorry! We are closed!” The antibiotics I needed to pick up are for an infection I have in my throat. I ask myself what about people with severe depression, or with a heart condition. Would this be acceptable? Who would be responsible if I decided to hurt myself or others because Of a condition I can’t help! I kept my cool and instead of arguing, I looked for a manager. Assistance was called on the speaker phone. After several minutes of waiting around like a fool, I decided to leave. Due to their incompetence, I will not be going back to this Kroger. This is absolutely unacceptable!

  They always have my prescription ready. Prices are good in something's but the service is good.

  I try to avoid this Kroger and drive all the way over to the one on 43rd near shepherd, I noticed their prices are slightly higher and finding a parking spot is like fighting with a giant. Not to mention I always encounter some one rude, cashier one day and customer service desk another...
