  I had to report this pharmacy tech named Carmen to corporate today. She was very rude and all the manager could do is take up for her. My wife and I have done business there for years, long before CVS bought it. I am very unhappy with the service I received today. When you call they put you hold forever then hang up on you also.

  Fancy location! It’s perfect for a quick bite or a sweet treat. They also have a huge make up department and an ATM on site.

  First time here, they were very nice and knew some of the regulars by name. Would come back here every time for pharmacy needs.

  I was sent a notice from my insurance company that Targets with CVS pharmacies would fill 90 day prescriptions now. This minimizes the time that it takes to get the medications if you don't have to do the mail order so I was extremely pleased. Unfortunately, this store's policy is to only fill 30 day prescriptions. They would not offer a reason why. So much for making things convenient and efficient for the consumer/patient.

  I went to pick up a prescription at 9:45am today. The pharmacy was supposed to open at 9am. Not only was the pharmacy closed, but the pharmacy assistant at the store had *NO* idea of if/when a pharmacist would even arrive. A Store Manager also had nothing to say except "Sorry, sir." This is the final straw in a string of errors: partial orders, mistakes, extended closure well past the posted lunch closing times. Time to switch to a *real* pharmacy.
