It's best to get your food to go too many transients in there

Worst chicken I ever tasted. In the window it looked beautiful. Little did I know the inside was dry like an old dusty shoe. There was no sign of moisture whatsoever. The skin also had the taste of old cooking oil. Very stale tasting. Most places I would give the benefit of the doubt and give them a second chance, but this chicken was so bad I will never return here. Two Pieces cost almost $5. Not a whole lot but you expect it to at least taste like chicken. As you can see in the picture, nothing consumed just picked apart. Like trying to eat wood. I give this place one star and two thumbs down.

I've walked by Krispy Krunchy Chicken a number of times, on my way to Albertsons to buy a few of their super discounted grocery items however, today, I decided that I'd try "Krispy" out, as I hadn't eaten all day : It was fairly late at night, I was looking for a good deal, they fit my bill and besides - as I stated previously - I had seen them before. So why not? Krispy Krunchy Chicken may be listed as a fast food restaurant that serves Cajon style chicken but, besides chicken, this particular restaurant also serves a nice variety of tasty Chinese food items. They do a very brisk take out business and have a small clean indoor dining area. They seem to be very popular locally, as several customers mentioned the fact that they had been returning there to pick up food for quite a while. I had the "four chicken tenders strips" dinner, which included a small lightly crusted and moist homemade biscut.I also got a small cup of a"ranch styled dipping sauce". I purchased a 355ml Coke to add to my order, which cost only one dollar. ( They had a nice selection of regular and fountain soft drinks ; refills come with the fountain drinks). The "chicken tenders" were quite large and moist ; they were hot, had a thin crispy crust and I thought that they were quite delicious - the chicken was baked while I was waiting ( Baking chicken slowly and at the right temperature helps to seal in most of the juices, thus the nutrients are kept inside of the chicken itself ; it's much healthier for you than fried chicken or "wings barbecued in sauce"). The deal that I got here was no more expensive than the chicken nuggets and sandwiches that you can purchase at other very popular fast food outlets however - based on my opinion - the food at Krispy Krunchy Chicken tasted much better and it was far healthier than other places that I have frequented! What really caught my eye was the different types of Chinese food that this restaurant served ; e.g., egg rolls, orange chicken, spring rolls, fried jumbo shrimp, barrcoli and beef, as well as a number of other delicious Chinese dishes. They served a number of different appetizers, three differently priced and sized "combo meal specials" ( Numbers B1-B3, from $5.99 to $7.99 ; each came with one, two or three items, including noodles and rice.) and also "Chef Specials." Nothing was priced more than $10.99 and some of the latter "Chef Specials" contained enough food to feed a group of three or four people, so it would be easily possible to create a very good and filling dinner for a group of people. There were at least four associates behind the counter who were constantly cooking and preparing food as I ate my meal, which indicated to me that the reason that they may be so busy, is because they are quite popular within the surrounding area. Somehow, after a while, I can tell when people take pride in what they do for a living. Besides being very clean, they also had unisex restrooms for their customers.
