::We were supposed to get a large blended caramel drink and they gave us a medium, the girl said she would make a new large one, when she came back it was the right size but had no flavor and was very runny. We said forget it, we just won't go back again, we'll go to scooters instead

::Very fun friendly staff, pet friendly. Very convenient ordering, offers online, door dash , Uber , etc. Quality and affordable. Very suitable for catering Events or church on Sunday mornings. The location is very clean and well kept. Consistently updated hours and menu for accurate online ordering. Staff goes above and beyond to write any essential information needed for any nutritional adjustments, as well as after a mini are there available breakfast items, and you could get your coffee at the same time with a one stop shop on the way to work for a quick coffee, wake up call. I highly recommend to any food connoisseur, they have definitely after the anti and would recommend any friends and family as well.

::Worst Krispy Kreme experience ever. We were told that they could not sell us two dozen raspberry filled donuts because they may run out before the end of the night. That’s their problem not mine. Then the supervisor refused to give me her name. I was told “I didn’t need it”. I hope the owner sees this and fires her.

::Store hours say open at 6am. Was in the drive thru at 6. 5 minutes pass, and no one acknowledges me being there. I pull up to the window, and the staff inside still doesn't acknowledge me. If I could leave a 0 or negative star review, I would. All I was trying to do was redeem a fundraiser coupon that was purchased from my daughter's school.

::Nice Krispy Kreme Donut Store in Council Bluffs. Selection is smaller than other Krispy Kreme Donut stores I have been to, but we got everything we came for. This location has a drive through, but we went inside. They do have tables to eat at, but we took ours to go.
