::Dude said "I'll be right back" left and went to the food side. Waited 5 minutes before the next barista showed up. Ordered a bagle sandwich and latte that was 20 dollars. Sandwich was boardeline awful. And someone knocked my latte out of my hand so there went another 9 bucks down the drain. Over priced and lousy. Plus bad customer service. I'm a local and expect better from scooters. I know price gouging when I see it.

::They did a good job on my coffee and heating up my sandwich, but the fact that they don’t honor the app points or rewards is inexplicable to me. This place is crazy busy and it would have a minimal affect on the overall picture. Do the right thing and honor the app.
