  I LOVE Kohl's ..... I shop online and pick it up at the store, all prepaid with my Kohl's credit card, earning coupons, discounts and points toward more coupons.

  No prices on small appliances. They expect you to locate the small video screens in the area to determine the price or carry it around until you locate a reader. Not easy if you are comparing items and balancing boxes. No store personnel walking around to be of assistance. Store neat, clean, and chocked with inventory, but little sales help

  Decent selection of clothes and other household items. I find sometimes its easier to find items online and I think shipping is free over $99. They offer a lot of discounts and coupons so make sure to have these to save some good money. The line wait is higher than normal. The people working there are generally nice and helpful. Their credit card interest rate is high.

  I placed an on line oreder and had no problem. Ordering was easy. They have special parking for customers that ordered on line. Easy pick up and free shipping to the store. Plus i love 30% coupons.

  I wish they were more organized. Everything seems to me mixed in together, usually places have size small items on the top and work their way through larger sizes at the bottom. Not at this location they'll have a 2XL on top and then have a medium, then large then small. This makes it impossible to find the item you want in the size you want without making a mess or taking a few extra minutes being extremely careful not to mess up the display. Their clearance section is an even bigger mess. None of their hangers display the proper size you can have a medium shirt with a 4XXXL hanger.
