    My husband and I have eaten in this restaurant for years!!!!! This evening we order through Uber eats and the food was HORRIBLE!!! It has never tasted that bad! I call and speak with someone who tells me they have new chefs but did not offer me anything after I spent 68.00 on the food! Never again!!! Extremely disappointed in you Empire Garden!

    I requested to sit at the hibachi grill. I was told there was one cook for hibachi, so I was encouraged to sit at a booth. I chose the booth so I wouldn't have to wait to eat my main meal. I Ordered 2 hibachi entrees. The waitress apologized for the wait. The food came out in 40+ minutes and it came out cold. When I addressed the manager about the cold food, she said the plate was hot and that she could microwave my shrimp and salmon entree. Terrible Food and service! I won't be going back.

    Placed an order on GrubHub with an ETA of 45-60 minutes. I called the restaurant 15 minutes later and they said they hadn't received it and I should just place the order with them over the phone. So I placed the order and of course that pushed my time out and was told 45-60 minutes. An hour and fifteen minutes after that I called and they said "oh no that GrubHub order was canceled." Which, while correct, doesn't account for the fact that I ordered over the phone. So an hour and a half after my original order, I have no food, despite placing two separate orders.

    I would give a zero for stars if that was a possibility. I ordered two appetizer spring rolls, chicken teriyaki stick and the kani salad for pick up. I was in the cigar bar a short walk away from the restaurant. I noticed the order was incorrect. I called back and told the person they gave me dumplings and I did not receive the second order of spring rolls. After much difficulty explaining this to the person on the phone. She told me I needed to bring the order back. I asked repeatedly if they could deliver since it was an inconvenience and they made the mistake. She said they did not have anyone there for delivery. I asked if I could be compensated in some way for coming back and I was told no. I went back to the restaurant to get the correct order and the person at the counter refused. She gave me a receipt indicating I was overcharged ~$4.00 but refused to give me the correct order and the approximately $4.00 that was due. I firmly believe this person thought I was not being honest about the dumplings. I don't eat dumplings and I don't eat pork so there is no way that would be ordered by me. The customer service was deplorable. She had an attitude as soon as I came out to get the order. Do not go to this establishment they do not value customers nor understand how to interact with patrons in a respectable manor. Save yourself the time and go to Blue Dolphin next door...better service and better food!

    Horrible place to order from. Ordered 3 different sushi rolls from them. Took over an hour to get them. When we finally got them once of the orders were wrong. Called them and told them it was wrong and they were going to send out the correct thing. Another hour later the new roll showed up, which once again....was wrong. So after waiting 2 hours we finally just called and asked for a refund for the one roll. The lady who didn't speak good English was screaming and yelling, saying it wasn't there fault. Which hello..yeah it was. They said they couldn't refund it cause we had already received the food. And is not like we were being picky. There were things in the roll that we couldn't eat and that's why we wanted to get the right thing. They actually sent the drive back out to pick up the food before they would refund the $$. It took so long for us to get our food in the first place but when it came to them picking it up they were there in 10 minutes. Horrible customer service, nasty rude people, I recommend not ordering your food from here. There are other places around that actually care about making there customers happy. These people are awful!
