::HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!!! AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!! I ordered my food at around 7:00 p.m. and saw the checkout order confirmation, went to pick up my food and they told me that my order didn't exist and that I should wait another 15 minutes. mind you this was around 8pm. 30 minutes later (8:30) my order still wasn't in line!!!!! had to cancel. No apologies whatsoever from them. Two overworked teenagers running around trying to fulfill orders and a senior colleague looking overwhelmed, on the phone, not helping out.I wish i could give it a zero, but that's not possible so I give it a 1. I reordered from the Odenton location on my way out and my pizza was ready when I got there

::I’ve ordered from here twice and both times was horrible service. The pizza tracker is not up to date even for carry out. Who ever the manager is needs to be fired. They do an awful job managing the counter and handling customer service. Both times the store was completely full with Customers about issues and literally all the workers just stare at you. No one says a word. And let’s not even talk about the blaring of music. So when someone finally does decide to address you, you can’t even hear each other because it’s so loud.

::I placed an online order on 3/10/2023 at 6:30 pm. I called the location 7 different times trying to check on my order, never getting through and waiting on the phone between 10-20 minutes waiting to speak to the Manager. My food arrived at 9:54 pm, cold, and incorrect. This is unacceptable. Stay away from this location!

::I ordered my food for delivery and according to the website my food had already been delivered. About 15 min went by and no food. I drove over there and Robbie told me the food was on its way. By the time I got home it was there. I have no complaints about the food. Next time I will do take out if it's a Fri. The staff was super nice when I stopped in. Thank you Robbie for your help.

::I like to complement the store Manager and his team of Crofton. the store looks clean, they are always friendly and polite, my pizza is always on time and delicious. Thank you for your hard work, time and dedication for make and deliver my pizzas. Doesn’t this pizza looks yummy.
