Lost my car photos they were supposed to submit to the insurance company. I had to go back again to retake the photos and they gave me a quote for a used part instead of a new one.

My car has been in their shop for over a month now just to have a rim re-chromed and a bumper fixed. I feel like it is not a priority for them and they could have expedited the shipping to have it re-chromed. I am extremely dissatisfied in this experience. Will not recommend them or reuse them in the future.

UPDATE: to 5 STARS! REASON: The General Manager, has reached out to address my vehicle not being on time as promised. He sincerely apologized and went beyond to turn my the bad situation into a "great and wonderful experience". I'm delighted to say, they really do "always strive to do the right thing for their customers." They deserve the 5 Stars! __________________________________________________________________ I haven't received my Odyssey yet, but this is 2 star for taking too long on a simple job and changing the time frame twice. I'm disappointed and frustrate with the service received from Kniesel's Collision. The reason I chose Kniesel's to fix a "minor dent" for my 2007 Honda Odyssey was because of their 5-star reviews. When I first took my Odyssey in for an estimate/evaluation, I was given an estimate of 4-5 days for the repair. Of course, it's the tactic to give the shortest time frame to get the customer in first, then it can be stretched out from there. After I had agreed to leave my vehicle for repair, Kniesel's informed me of a repair time frame of 11 days. With a background in auto body and repair, I knew realistically, it should only take 6-7 days for such repair, and the extra days are just spare in case things went wrong, short staffing, or just to take it easy in general. I'm in project management, so I do know the issues of handling multiple project and balancing your resources, workload, and deadlines. I agreed to 11 days. The job proceeded, I get an email update each day, and all has been "we are on schedule for completion on scheduled date." The last email update, two days before the due date, "We are nearing completion. If we encounter any delays, we'll call you."... Then one day before due date, no email. On the morning of due date, Friday, I called to see when it will be ready for pickup but I was told my car is currently in the paint booth and I will be notified soon. Few hours later, 11:40am, I was informed that it will not be ready for me today, but until next Tuesday afternoon. We went from 4-5 days, to 11 days, and on the due date, to 14 days, for a minor dent/scratch. Any reasonable person would have thought this is taking way too long for such minor work, even if you don't have an auto body background. If an additional 3 days is needed, it should have been foreseen much sooner, not on the day the car was due to the customer. It is unacceptable as I've been told each day, for 9 days in a row, that "we are on schedule", yet, on the last day, the car is in paint booth, that 3 additional day is needed. Just unacceptable!

I just picked up my 2017 Outback that was damaged by a roadside service company. The door was bent and needed to have molding and tape replaced. You can't tell there was any damage whatsoever, and customer service is Fantastic! Thank you Brianna for your assistance in getting my car repaired and working with the roadside service company regarding payment! In addition to doing great repair work, my car was spotless. They washed it inside and out - windows, rims, tires, everything.. My car looks amazing! I highly recommend this company!

Quality is excellent, and the customer service was fantastic. They were courteous, listed effectively to my concerns, and did not manipulate my insurers with inflated prices as past repair shops have done in my history. I would recommend them specifically because of their awesome staff including Haley, Bryanna, Germaine, & Brian at the E & 18 location in Midtown Sac.
