  Bought a set in a hurry. Had an issue with air pressure, brought it back in just ten days after the purchase. Immediately had it on the rack, repaired the tire and back on road in 27 minutes. Impressive on a busy day.

  I was given a super fair price for four brand new shoes for the Yaris, and the service was hella fast and friendly. Will be returning for all future tire needs!

  Update on this review: this place is a night mare i finally after 3weeks get a hold of the owner who is not helpful and thinks people are dumb and don't know other mechanics I contact corporate and apparently they have been closing my complaints out as handled because they are a franchise so corporate now is having me send them my information but apparently if you have a problem because it is a franchise there isn't much they can do besides look at their complaint history when they come up for license review. So if you have a problem you're basically screwed. I never write reviews but i had to for this place because it is such a scam! I will be contacting the BBB and encourage anyone who has experienced a problem to file a complaint so their license will be reviewed and hopefully they can stop running this place like a bunch of scam artists. Original review:This place will void your warranty if you don't get an alignment through them..They are extremely rude. Tires went bald after 8k miles and they said it was my fault because I didn't get an alignment through them. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. I spent 400 on tires only for them to try and charge me 200 more 7months later. It's a scam. Downtown sucks too. You can do much better.

  It's not even worth a try at this shop. I made an oil change and tire rotation here once. I paid $125.00 for that. They damaged the oil-drain lug and did not do the tire rotation. Next due of the oil change, I had to come to 3 other shops to find out what they can do. Ended up, came back to this Big O Tires shop to see what they will do to fix the problem. I must pay for everything or they won't do anything. I made them change the lug for me and put the old oil back in the engine to able to go to another shop for the oil change. Never come back here or any Big O Tires again. I meant to call B.A.R department to make a complain but decided to not. Sharing everyone this to not go here.

  A tire shop for State Workers. Good luck getting car in for service. Too busy , no place to park. No appointment taken with oil change. Oil change took 3 visits to get in. Told to come when open . I did and finally got oil change . Waited 2 hours for oil change. Half hour just getting to counter.
