::Went to Susanne about two weeks ago after dealing with significant stress due to a death in my family. I booked the KIND Signature massage. It was amazing! A wonderful combination of all of my favorite massage add ons (hot stones, lavender back scrub). I walked (more like floated) out a new woman. Susanne was awesome about communicating before my appointment. I am going back next week to see her & plan on returning frequently after that! Thank you Susanne!

::Aftet I waited more than a half an hour for my appointment (in which time I called AND texted, to no avail) I was more or less told it was my fault for not knowing that she was in the basement and seeking her out. I told her (once someone from another business helped me located her) that I was canceling my appointment and would not be returning. She then felt it appropriate to text and beg me to try again. I had to block her number. When she wasn’t getting the she wanted answer that way, she took it a step too far and looked me up on Facebook to beg some more. Not ok.

::Not okay. Waited 35 minutes and no answer to the texts or calls. Was offered to upgrade to a 90 minute, but a 35 minute wait caused more stress than any massage could have cured.

::In town on business, very stressed after several meetings went poorly. Coworker suggested this place. Susanne was very friendly and wonderful skilled. I will be going back before my trip is over.
