::I am not saying about this branch. But be very careful about opening a savings account for your child. They charge inactivity fees. How active a kid can be in bank accounts? Basically I lost several hundreds of dollars.

::Cupertino my favorite branch to visit! I visited the branch to do a car payment and Dema helped me with processing it. She was super helpful offering setting up automatic payment. I highly recommend Dema from KeyPoint for all your financial needs! Extremely friendly and amazing! Thank you Dema!

::A mixed review for Keypoint CU and this specific branch. The folks at this branch are quite nice and have been helpful, with one gentleman specifically being just a joy to work with. However, trying to get things done remotely (phone or web) is problematic. The published phone number takes you to their corporate office instead of the branch and the wait is always long. Regarding corporate Keypoint CU, I don't have so much nice to say. We flagged a fraudulent charge on our ATM/debit card so the card was cancelled. They promised a new one quickly. After two weeks without a card I called back and they said I'd get a call the next day - no call. I then had to call again. To expedite things, I had to visit the branch which is inconvenient since they've closed the two branches that were closest to me. To add insult to injury, their last comment about the fraudulent charge was that they were still investigating. I've been a customer for 30 years but I'm seriously considering moving my money somewhere else.
