  My review is based on the public skating. The facility is clean and well maintained. However, the skate guards are not very friendly or helpful. They mostly skate around ignoring everyone else. As an obvious beginner, I would have appreciated being asked if I needed any help, some tips and tricks, or at the very least a greeting. The atmosphere was not very welcoming. I felt like an inconvenience rather than a guest who paid money to be here.

  My kids took a skating class here and it seemed to be done pretty well. Clean and nice and plenty of hang out space if you aren't there to skate. The only gripe I have is that the equipment shop is very expensive compared to other area options and, naturally, online options. I needed a Jr. helmet for two kids. Cost here was around $95 for the same helmet that is $55 on Amazon. I like to support local business, but I won't pay nearly $80+ extra for two kids helmets.

  I don't know much about ice skating, but the staff who take care of the facility are great. It is very well kept, very clean, and the cafe is pretty good place to stop for breakfast or lunch; the staff who take your order are always very friendly.

  I first ice skated here I have spent a lot of thin watching the caps practice here with friends it's a great place I rembere seen in it get added to the mall.

  One of the better facilities in the DC area to play hockey. The locker rooms are large and clean for a public rink. Nice pro shop, with helpful and knowable staff. The classes offered are for kids and adults in both figure and hockey skating. The learn to play hockey for adults is fun but hard to get Into.
