::Dr Duggal is an excellent endocrinologist who has helped me start my treatment for Graves Disease. I was referred to her by my PCP for management of my thyroid and with her help, my thyroid levels are already starting to level out to normal after just a few months. I appreciate Dr Duggal for everything she has done to get me back to normal, from referring me to an ophthalmologist for my thyroid eye disease to discovering the cause for my hyperthyroidism. She has ensured I get the best possible care for treating my disease. I highly recommend Dr Duggal!

::Dr. Duggal herself is wonderful. She helped find my cancer and I was very pleased with her. However I now see the NP and he hears me but doesn’t listen. Unfortunately thinking of changing my Endocrinologist because I just don’t feel Heard here. If you can get it ask to see her!

::Dr. Duggal is wonderful. She is funny,professional and personable. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for her staff, specifically those in charge of handing first patient contact over the phone. Several times I have waited on hold for 15+ minutes after mutilple attempts to speak to an actual person. Like most people I work full time, and it's difficult to schedule,ask questions and clarify medical procedures when you simply cannot reach anyone. Besides the lack of basic customer service and patient respect, I have found complete incompetence with handing common insurance forms. No patient should have a delay in their care because a complete lack of education and communication skills. It would be helpful if Dr Duggal would provide an online scheduling system or outsource to a provider who reflects the care and dignity that she truly represents.

::Dr. Duggal is very warm, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She treats you like her own family and has major success with helping people get better and achieve their own personal health goals. She really takes the time to explain diseases, lab results, and her treatment plans and answers any questions patients have. She's one of the best doctors I've got to witness. I would recommend her to my own friends and family without a doubt! : ) The staff also works hard behind the scenes to make sure your care is thorough and seamless. They're efficient and deserve a lot more credit than they get. It takes a lot of people to run a clinic and they work hard to give you the care that you deserve and need.

::Dr. Duggal is amazing. However, her staff is terrible. They never answer their phone and take forever to get your prescriptions refilled. I am 8 months pregnant with a high risk pregnancy and it is very dangerous to be without my insulin at this time. I am very disappointed with the service I am getting here.
